Buying a gift card in Nepal
- How is the gift card delivered?
- As a code by email, in the value you choose, and saved under the order in your account. Redeem it in the store it belongs to, such as Google Play or the PlayStation Store.
- Which country is the card for?
- A gift card only redeems on an account set to the same country as the card. Check the region on the product before you buy: a code cannot be moved to another region once it is issued.
- Can I send one to someone else?
- Yes. Choose "A gift" at checkout and we email the code to them with your note, and send you a copy.
- How do I pay?
- In rupees, with eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS or a bank transfer. No international card is needed.
- What if something does not work?
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, and we fix it, replace it or refund you, as the refund policy sets out. Reply to your order email or use the chat button.
