Terms of service

Ottsewa is an online shop based in Nepal selling digital products: streaming and software subscriptions, licence keys, gift card codes and game top-ups, for customers in Nepal and abroad.

We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of Netflix, Spotify, Google, Apple, Steam, Microsoft or any other company whose products we sell. Their names and logos belong to them and appear here only to say what a product is.

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep that inbox secure.
• Give us a working email address: it is where your order, and everything you buy, is delivered.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, or have a parent's permission.
• We may close an account used for fraud, abuse or payment disputes made in bad faith.

Prices are shown in Nepali rupees, or in US dollars if you shop from abroad, and include everything you pay us. The price you see at checkout is the price of your order; we check it again on our side before the order is written.

If a price is plainly wrong because of a mistake on our part, we will tell you before delivering and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

You pay by sending the total from your own eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS or bank account, or from abroad by USDT or a Wise or Remitly transfer, and uploading a screenshot of the payment at checkout. Nothing is charged automatically and we never ask for card details.

Every payment is checked by a person. An order is accepted once its payment is confirmed; if no matching payment arrives, the order is cancelled.

Everything is delivered digitally, by email, after your payment is confirmed. The same details stay under the order in your account. There is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.

Some products need information from you, such as a player ID or the email of the account to upgrade. Make sure it is correct: we deliver to what you give us.

• Use each product as described on its page, including any region, device or sharing limits.
• Follow the rules of the service the product is for. A provider may suspend an account or code used against its own terms, and that is outside our control.
• Products are for your own use or as a gift. Buying to resell needs our agreement first: see reseller pricing.

When an order can be cancelled, refunded or replaced is set out in full in our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

We are responsible for delivering what you paid for, working as described when it arrives. If we cannot, we replace it or refund you as the refund policy says.

We are not responsible for changes a provider makes to its own service after delivery, such as new prices, features or rules, or for losses beyond the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. An order is governed by the terms in place when it was placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
