A few rules keep every account working for everyone on it.
Every order: tell us within 7 days of delivery if something does not work and we fix it, replace it or refund you, as the refund policy sets out.
A private profile starts at Rs 350 a month for one screen and Rs 499 for two, and a year on one screen is Rs 2,999. A whole account on your own email is Rs 999 a month on Basic, Rs 1,599 on Standard and Rs 1,999 on Premium.
A private profile is one PIN-locked profile on a Netflix account we look after: your own list and history, the lowest price. Your own account is a whole Netflix account on your email: all five profiles are yours to share with family, and nobody else is on it.
Yes. Pay the total with eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS or a bank transfer and upload the screenshot at checkout. Netflix itself only charges cards that pay in foreign currency; we take rupees instead.
Personal Premium streams in 4K Ultra HD on four screens at once. The private profiles also play in up to 4K on screens and connections that support it. Personal Basic is HD 720p and Personal Standard is Full HD 1080p.
On your own account, five: one for each person in the family. On a shared plan you get one private profile, locked with your own PIN.
The email address the account should be on. Write it in the order notes at checkout and we set the plan up on it.
Yes. Sign in to the Netflix app on the TV with the details we send, or with your own account, and choose your profile. Android TV boxes and Fire TV Sticks work the same way.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we fix it, replace it or refund you, as the refund policy sets out. If a private profile stops signing in later in your term, message us and a person sorts it out.
